I’m a Wife, Mum and Grandma, living in Leeds, Yorkshire where I was born and brought up. My passions are my family, being fit, healthy and strong in both body and mind, reading, continually learning and above all helping people.
At the age of 26 my entire world changed when my husband died suddenly, no apparent illness, no time to prepare, just there one minute and gone the next. Our daughters were 6 and 3 years old. At that point I could have let myself go to pot, given up and become consumed by grief and self-pity. But I didn’t, my overwhelming instinct was not just to survive but to thrive for myself and my children. So I put my big girl pants on and decided to make the best of everything in life, and I still do!
In 2011 I completed my Neuro-linguistic programming Master Practitioner, Hypnosis Master Practitioner and Spectrum Emotional Transition Coach qualifications. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and experienced a real sense of fulfilment from helping people create powerful change at a subconscious level. I knew then that coaching was my passion.
Over the years, I have coached a wide variety of clients, had lots of life experiences, worked through my own struggles and more recently had a transformational journey of self-improvement. Ultimately leading to following my dreams and forming LS Mind Coach.
I know from personal experience that it is possible to overcome difficult times, achieve what you want in life and find happiness and joy with the right coaching, guidance and belief in yourself.
My mission is to help as many people as possible to also achieve their own amazing life & mind transformation.
